Zero Tolerance
In association with the North & East Cornwall Primary
Care Trust and the wider NHS, we do not tolerate violent
or threatening behaviour. In accordance with this
Zero-Tolerance Policy, patients who abuse our team
members may be excluded from treatments and services
(excepting medical emergencies), and criminal
prosecution may be instigated in certain cases. |
