Telephone Advice
If you feel that a telephone call from a doctor or nurse
is more appropriate than an appointment, please tell the
receptionist. Telephone consultation slots have been
built into the appointment system so that you can be
given an approximate time when you will be called back.
This saves you waiting in all day for a call, and also
saves the doctor or nurse from making numerous calls
before getting a reply. However, there may be some
delays due to previous calls taking longer than
anticipated.
