As part of our continuing drive to improve the service to our patients, we operate an 'all in one' medication review procedure.

If you are on regular medication, you will be sent a letter asking you to attend an annual review around the month of your birth. On receiving a letter, you will be asked to call our recall team, who will book any necessary blood tests or nursing appointments on one day and then a follow-up medication review soon after.  Therefore, most of you will only need to attend the health centre twice in one month to cover the whole year.  However, some patients need to be monitored more closely and may need to come back again.  If so, we will send reminder letters.

We do ask you to respond to the letters and book your appointments as we cannot continue to supply medication safely without regular checks.
