If you feel that the problem is a medical emergency and
are unable to get through to us, please ring 999.
The ambulance service will need to know the following
information:
- The name of the person
- Their age
- The address with directions
- The nature of the problem

If the surgery is closed you can get
medical help using the out of
hours service.
